Return Eligibility

Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Slumbré will cover the full cost of the return.
This includes products damaged during shipping or affected by manufacturing faults.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong product, the item does not meet your expectations, or you no longer want it:
